The Bermuda Post Office (BPO) wishes to update the public around Royal Mail who is still recovering from a cyber incident that took place on January 10th 2023.

On 19 May, Royal Mail revised its processes for dispatching letter post from the UK. Both export dispatches from the UK and import arrivals to the UK are still being delayed, given that Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre (HWDC) is not fully operational at present.

Royal Mail is continuing to work to bring its operational processing at HWDC online. It will supply further updates as it gradually re-establishes normal export and import operational processes.
