Register an online account

The Bermuda Post Office’s Online Accounts offers individuals and companies ease of services and payments without visiting our location. Payments and new services can be done on your pc, tablet or phone. New online products and services will be offered as the Bermuda Post Office increases its online presence.

To open a Post Office online account, complete the Online Account Form which you can download here, print it and bring it to any Sub Post office with your:

Proof of your address, such as a local authority tax bill or utility bill;

Proof of identification, such as a passport or valid photo identification that is no more than 10 years old;

Having trouble visiting one of our Sub Office locations?  Complete the form and e-mail it us at Postoffice@gov.bm with a copy of Proof of Address and a legible copy or picture of your Proof of Identification. A Customer Service Representative will contact you for verification.

Once we set you up and e-mail you your account information, you can access your subscription to make online payments or engage in additional services such as:

  • Renew your personal and or business PO Box Account(s)
  • Hold Mail when travelling for added security
  • Pay business subscription services (Prepaid Postage Indicia)
