Postal packages globally will have a tracking number with two alpha, nine digits, two alpha (example: RU123456789GB).  If you have a package number please track your item at www.bermudapost.bm/track-your-item.

If the tracking site shows no information regarding your item it may be because your item is in transit through another foreign post who will forward it to Bermuda once they receive it.  The Bermuda Post Office can help you identify your item’s last known location.  Please contact us with your tracking number at www.bermudapost.bm/contact-us
